How do I get Window's Media Player to minimize and still have the play on? (see details please)?

I used to be able to minimize Window's Media Player and a little toolbar appeared at the bottom of the screen that had the play, stop, rewind, and fast forward on. But somehow WMP doesn't do that anymore, so how do I make it show the toolbar at the bottom of the screen?
