What has happened to all the support for ObamaCare?

I read in the paper yesterday to date the Administration has awarded 700 exemptions in regards to opting out of certain health care payments by business. The interesting bit of info is although unions only account for less than 10% of our total work force, they have, to date, received 40% of the 700 exemptions. Why is that? Have the unions figured out the current plan is simply Not Doable? Of course one would also have to wonder why the organizations ( unions ) that were one of the biggest Obama contributors and supports have received such an abnormal high % of "Let me out of this". For those who STILL believe we have a good plan, what are your opinions on such a lopsided turn of events?
