Thinking of buying a house or already bought one?

I am looking for everyones opinion on the things that are top priority that you look for when buying a house. Even if you are building one what are the most important things that are must haves?? some things im thinking of is large kitchen? large bathroom? contemporary stying? one level living? privacy and space or tight subdivision? a certain exterior finish like either vinyl or cape cod siding or stone/brick? do you prefer slab or basement? maybe you have infloor heating high on your priority list? certain flooring? do you insist on having an attached garage? maybe there is something i havent even mentioned? maybe a covered deck is all your looking for? really just want to know whats most important to you. I am building a new home and want to sell it soon so i dont want to build something that no one would buy. thanks.
