Can the police smash my penger side window of car on a "Terry Stop"?

this is the third time I've been stopped by same police as they believe me to be involved in drug deals (they have this wrong, but my past has caught up with me), they never give me paperwork and the last time they smashed my window for no reason then afterwards as they were leaving said "....thats gonna cost you about fifty quid mate...." - never give me paperwork. (even took e in for drug search on second occasion, obviously never found anything as they have it wrong - how can i stop this harrasment but without aggravating them any further? Please help! I did wrong in past but paid my price and I am a different person now!
