Can i register 2 cars for disability road tax exemption ?

Any car that is registered as tax exempt can only be used by/for the disabled person. Any other person using that car is untaxed/uninsured and will have the vehicle seized. I do not know many disabled people who have or need two exempt cars as the second car is usually the main car for the other member(s) of the family who are using it for there own purposes
