Are there any good birth controls?

Okie so here's the thing. Ive tried pills they made me very sick, had the depo which caused very very violent mood swings, and the patch gave me a panic attack i was looking at an IUD but the side effects are terrible. i just want something dependable for once. something that wont screw my body over. my fiance and i have been together for 6 years and i really dont need to worry about other partners with him. condoms dont work well for him.any suggestions?
