So what makes it ok for a rapist to go to heaven over a much better person?

If you are a killer who feels geniunly sorry about hurting someone and urself and want to repent then i guess thats good enough to go to heaven. If your someone just trying to get into heaven half haertedly then i dont think that cuts it. Im not sure what the policy is up there about blood sins and the likes.
