Movie Suggestions similar to Fight Club and Memento.?

I'm a huge movie fanatic and I am looking for some good movies to add to my "seen" list. For the most part I have seen all of IMDB's top 100 and i'm not exactly looking for clics either. Looking for something similar to: Fight Club, Memento, Snatch, The Prestige, 12 Monkeys, Interview With a Vampire, Primal Fear, Inception, Se7en, A Clockwork Orange, The Usual Suspects... movies like that. I love movies with a huge twist at the end (FC, Memento, The Usual Suspects, PF...) but I also like to see good acting as well as somewhat of a meaning in life. Any good suggestions quickly will be Voted Up. Thanks!
