Breakthrough bleeding on microgynon is this normal?

I started back on the pill last month after having a baby 4 months ago. I have been taking it religiously every evening as normal and last month i had breakthrough bleeding after 2 weeks and i am also experiencing breakthrough bleeding this month. Is this normal when you start back on the pill after having a baby or does this mean its not working?
