As a compromise why not let the superdelegates from Michigan and Florida be seated at the convention?

Forget the pledged delegates. Just let the superdelegates vote. That way the two states are penalized for breaking DNC rules but still get some representation. The superdelegates are supposed to vote independently of the primaries, anyway.
